Development

Organization

Money is capital, turnover is the result, and what keeps the balance consistent is the company's fundamentals.

At the business stage, the company's fundamentals lie with the business owner/founder. Where all existing processes are directed and controlled directly by the business owner. Business interests become more important at this stage, but in line with business development, sometimes companies forget to develop business fundamentals that aim to evenly distribute tasks and responsibilities to existing teams.

What we can do is

  • Helping the company to ensure the company's fundamentals are aligned with the business itself.

  • Ensure that the fundamental development process runs consistently and sustainably so that the company's development process can accommodate changes in the business climate both internally and externally (including the transition process to the next generation)

  • Creating good control processes in routine processes and ensuring that they do not interfere with ongoing business interests.

The specifics of the organization will be discussed further to determine the critical points that must be managed early.

Then what is included in the company's fundamental category? This.

With a note, fundamental growth must be balanced
with the maturity level of the functions of the departments in the company including the readiness of the infrastructure involved in the business process itself.

Corporate Culture

The scope of work for Organizational Development is to be more engaged in the HR department, namely the formation of corporate culture, making the company structure along with its derivatives in the form of job descriptions, company policies/regulations. Other fundamentals (because they are broad and cross-departmental) are offered in the form of other services.

The advantage of establishing good fundamentals is that it will indirectly lead to an ideal organizational measurement for current and future conditions. Increase loyalty to the company through policies that are more equitable, career paths that become clearer for employees in the organization.
